Hi again I have just replaced my back brake shoes because my rear brake was useless, well new shoes emeried the drum, blew out all the dust,repositioned the brake arm at the drum so it lines up with the marks,greased and made sure the cable ran free and still my rear brake is useless. I cannot skid the rear wheel unless Im on wet ground, its an 88 Savage is this normal
